Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB)
In 1992, the Colorado General Assembly passed legislation that created a Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) in the Division of Criminal Justice. The SOMB was charged to develop standards and guidelines for the evaluation, treatment, and behavioral monitoring of sex offenders.

Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA)
The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers is an international, multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to preventing sexual abuse. Through research, education, and shared learning ATSA promotes evidence based practice, public policy and community strategies that lead to the effective assessment, treatment and management of individuals who have sexually abused or are at risk to abuse.

National Association of Social Workers (NASW)

National Adolescent Perpetration Network (NAPN)
The NAPN is a cooperative network of multidisciplinary professionals working with sexually abusive youth in the US and abroad. Founded by Gail Ryan in 1983, the primary goal is to facilitate services for adolescents who are at risk of becoming the next generation of sexual offenders.
